The Moi Social Learning platform has already benefited over 7000 children in Ecuador and Chile, and now, with the launch of full mobile support and english learning capabilities it will continue expanding globally.
When we started going to schools to deploy our web-based solution in 2017, we immediately recognized the importance of having an android app. No matter how current the schools’ facilities and connectivity are, kids always end up having to share computers; additionally, most of them do not have their own devices or dedicated internet in their homes.
Another new feature to be released in the coming weeks is our English version. It will not only enable every LATAM student to learn a concept in both languages from the moment of acquisition; it will also expand the number of children we can help learn around the world immensely.
Thanks to these developments, Moi Social Learning’s work was recently acknowledged by the Next Billion Prize, sponsored by the Varkey Foundation. As Moi’s CEO, I was invited to Dubai, U.A.E. to present the results and methodology employed to educators, school administrators, ministers and investors in what’s widely recognized as the most influential event in the world of education.
For Moi Social Learning, whose mission and product has been developed in a small corner of the world, this recognition meant global validation. Confirmation, that the theories proven in one place stir up the imaginations of those trying to fix problems elsewhere.
Stay tuned for details of our launch campaign in the coming weeks.
